    SUBJECT: UPDATE ON WAUM PATHFINDER CAMPOREE – LIBERIA 2025

    Shalom,

    This letter brings you important updates regarding the upcoming West African Union Mission (WAUM) Pathfinder Camporee, to be held in Liberia from December 21 to 28, 2025.

    Please read the following carefully and take the necessary steps:

    1. Registration Forms - Registration forms for the Camporee are now available. Each form costs NLe 25. Interested youth leaders and campers should contact Master Guide Daniel on 075513110 to obtain a form.

    Forms will be available between July and August 2025. Please get your form early to avoid delays.

    1. Registration Fee - The official Camporee registration fee is USD 55, which is approximately NLe 1,320.

    Registration will close in early October 2025. No late registration will be accepted.

    All participants are encouraged to complete payment on time.

     Transportation Cost - The transportation cost to Liberia for the Camporee is USD 70, which is about NLe 1,680.

    Detailed travel arrangements will be communicated later. Participants should begin making preparations for this cost.

    1. Total Cost for Camporee - The total amount for both registration and transportation is USD 125, which is approximately NLe 3,000.

    This amount must be fully paid before the October deadline. Please start mobilizing funds as soon as possible.

    The Conference Administration is kindly pleading with all church members to take this initiative seriously and begin planning toward full participation in the Family Impact Evangelism program.

    2. July 29-September 6, 2025 - 40 days of prayer
    3. August 31-September 6, 2025 - Commitment and mobilization week
    4. August-September, 2025 - Equipping for Mission
    5. October 2025 -January 2026 - Outreach initiatives Impact family days
    6. February 28-March 2026 - Lagos for Christ 15,000 downlinking site across WAD
    7. April -May, 2026 - Retention and celebration
