SIERRA LEONE CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS The Church in Sierra Leone is a part of a global movement to invite all mankind to prepare for the defining visitation from the Throne of God. A visitation that will end the perils of life on this planet and restore man to the "image of the Creator".

	Vision An association of Adventists that is empowered spiritually and materially to take the advent message to everywhere in Sierra Leone.
5. Objects of the Association The aims and objects of the Association shall be manifold: - I. Evangelism: To promote and support the work of the Laity in conducting evangelism in consultation with the Mission/Conference. II. Welfare: To serve as a focal point for harnessing the resources of the laity in advancing the welfare of all Adventists in Sierra Leone and those deemed fit by the Council. III. Consultative: To act as a consultative body in which common problems facing the laity can be discussed and suggestions made. IV. Advisory: To serve as an advisory body to members in respect of matters which concern the laity in Sierra Leone. V. Accountability: To hold LMA Executive accountable to its members in the management of resources of the association. To further hold churc leaders accountable in the use of resources within the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Sierra Leone. 6. Membership Membership of the Association shall fall into two categories namely Church membership and Individual membership. I. Church Membership: Membership of the Association shall be open and voluntary to all churches in Sierra Leone which shall apply for such membership through its Church Clerk and directed to the Secretary of the Association. II. Church membership of the Association shall be represented by the First Elder and any other member chosen by the Church Board. The member representing a particular church may be withdrawn at any time by the church. III. Individual Membership: Membership of the Association shall be open and voluntary to all Seventh–Day Adventist members of the Church in Sierra Leone, who shall apply for such membership directed to the Secretary of the Association and pay a registration fee of Le 5,000/. IV. Approval of membership applications shall be done by the Executive with a two-thirds majority vote.

ABS TEAM CONCLUDES TWO-DAY ENGAGEMENT WITH SLBC ON TOWER PROJECT AT LEICESTER PEAK
The Adventist Broadcasting Service (ABS) Radio participated in a two-day strategic engagement with the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC) on May 8–9, 2025, to discuss the erection of an ABS radio tower at Leicester Peak. The ABS delegation received a warm welcome from Madam Fatima Koroma, SLBC's Marketing Director. Madam Koroma assured the team that their request was achievable. She added that SLBC's Director of Engineering, Mr. Alhaji Bangura, would provide technical guidance throughout the process. At Leicester Peak, Mr. Alhaji Bangura and representatives from both ABS and SLBC identified and demarcated a 15-by-20-meter area as the designated location for the construction of the ABS radio tower.
